Treated myself to a Father’s Day gift (I know I’m not a father, but I deserved it lol) as part of my #midlifeskin journey via @lookfantastic who had ‘The Father’s Day Edit’ box on sale for £45, worth £180. So it would have been rude to ignore.

It was fun to say "Farewell" to @cyndilauper on Sunday night in #belfast with my good #friend @clare_bear_reid who bought me the ticket from Christmas!

It was an extra special surprise to see that @djtracyyoung was opening the show! Tracy has just produced a track for @donnadelory and @nikiharisofficial which Tracy played during her set. Last Night a DJ saved My Life.

Not being a fan of some HA (hyaluronic) products that can cause redening on my skin, I have to say that @medik8 Hydra B5 Intense is by far, one of the best that I've used.

This silky #serum is comforting to use and by gliding over the skin giving a nice soft feeling. A little goes a long way. The added bonus of antioxidants is welcomed too.

Perfect for hydrating beneath facial stubble with NMF (Natural Moisturing Factors) and complimenting any moisture mist or moisturiser layered on top.

Why did I use it? Retinol/Tretinion user with surface dehydration. I especially liked using this around the crowsfeet and forehead for some fine line plumping.
